Goals
There
is the overall big Goal you have in mind and then there
are short-term, immediate goals that are stepping stones
on the journey to the big goal. For each coaching session
you should try to work with your coach to identify the short-term
immediate goals that will drive your immediate actions as
you move towards the big goal.

Relax.
Nobody passes or fails; all you have to do is keep moving
