The Wheel of Life

Use the wheel below to help you identify the areas of your life where you would most like to make changes.
For each area you can score 1-10 to indicate how well you are doing. For example, if you are doing fine on fun and hobbies then you would mark a high score. If not so well, then you would mark a lower score.


Directions: The eight sections in the Wheel of Life represent balance. Regarding the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge (see example). The new perimeter of the circle represents the Wheel of Life. How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel?

You can use your Wheel of Life to help your coach understand what you want to concentrate on during your coaching sessions. Remember it’s your call!
