Use
the wheel below to help you identify the areas of your life where
you would most like to make changes.
For each area you can score 1-10 to indicate how well you are
doing. For example, if you are doing fine on fun and hobbies then
you would mark a high score. If not so well, then you would mark
a lower score.
Directions:
The eight sections in the Wheel of Life represent balance.
Regarding the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge
as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area
by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer
edge (see example). The new perimeter of the circle represents
the Wheel of Life. How bumpy would the ride be if this were
a real wheel? |

you want to concentrate on during your coaching sessions. Remember
